Hand & Fiber

Hand built from a Blush clay body, the ceramic components are finished with terra sigilatta, an extra refined clay slip that yields a soft leathery sheen to the surface. The ceramic leaves and beads are fired once in her home kiln. The wall hanging is put together using cotton rope and brass beads. 28 inches long. The leaves are about two inches at their widest.
