Rustic Ceramic Wall Hanging . Hand & Fiber

Hand built using a dark stoneware clay body, the surface is finished with a light coat of terra sigilatta. The ceramic components are fired to high temperature in the artist's home kiln. The wall hanging is put together using natural linen yarn. 5 x 22 inches.

Asmaa Aman-Tran is the fiber artist and ceramicist behind Hand & Fiber. She was born in Casablanca, Morocco and spent most of her life there before moving to Boston. Her work reflects diversity in its many forms. 

Due to the handmade process, please allow for minimal variations in sizing, line-work and coloring. This is what makes each piece so unique.
