Lynn M. Jones, founder of Lynn-oleum, learned the art of linoleum block carving and letterpress in 1999. Jones carves clean, detailed linoleum blocks and prints them on paper with 75-100 year-old presses. Jones began acquiring printing equipment in 2003 and set up her own studio in Arcata, California from 2005-7. After a break to start her family, she decided to bring her business back to life. She worked out of her garage until December 2015. In the Fall of 2016, one thing led to another and her friend and former co-worker, Siobhan Ayres made one of their dreams and the rest is history.
