Debbie Bean's handmade stained glass sun catchers are meticulously made out of individually cut and stained iridescent textured glass joined by soldering lead came strips and framed in zinc for sturdiness. A metal jump ring is soldered to the top of each panel for hanging. For corner panels, two rings are soldered to the middle and one side corner.
An easy option for hanging your corner panel is to use cup hooks found at most hardware stores. You might need to use an alternative method depending on where you choose to hang your panel. These hooks work for most windows and hallway openings.

Debbie Bean uses glass as a constant medium of exploration. She works predominantly in traditional lead-work and warm glass to create her line of decorative objects. Geometric architectural elements influence her designs; resulting in colorful and unique handmade pieces. Her work is the embodiment of functional art, meant to be organic in nature and not perfect factory reproductions. Due to the nature of the glass used in creating this piece, the colors change marginally depending on the light source.
