Local and seasonal ingredients are extremely important. Each recipe was formulated over years by the owner & operator, Jilly, a biologist, artist, herbalist & astrologer who draws inspiration not only from the local flora & fauna and the orbit of the planets, but also from the 19th century apothecaries and drugstore soda fountains - back when the remedies were preserved in sugar ~ at Virgo Moon, a spoonful of sugar helps the wisdom of the cosmos go down.
